Our Warranty:
Navarro Home Improvement, LLC provides a three (3) year warranty on painting workmanship. This warranty covers issues such as peeling, blistering, or premature paint failure resulting from improper application.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by water infiltration, including gutters that are not functioning properly

Structural problems

Natural movement of wood or building materials

Wear and tear due to weather conditions

Previously deteriorated or compromised surface

Flat horizontal surfaces where water can collect or pool, such as porch floors and decks.

If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, Navarro Home Improvement, LLC will repair or touch up the affected area at no additional labor costs.
One important distinction - a WARRANTY is not the same as LIFE EXPECTANCY.
A 3 year warranty does not indicate that the expectation is that the paint will last for only three years. The LIFE EXPECTANCY of our paint job is around 5-7 years, maybe even a little longer. Our warranty is for 3 years as we can not control the condition of the surface, including moisture content of the wood, before we arrive. The warranty is the contractual agreement where we come back at no charge to fix anything that may have been caused by improper preparation and application (we are very confident in our procedures and are happy to warranty our work).
